Standard Domestic: $10

International Express: $60

We ship all orders on Mondays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is fulfilled.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Delivery Duty Paid services. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.

Once your package is delivered by the carrier, BIENNE is no longer responsible for the package.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup from our home studio is available to all customers in Perth, Western Australia. Orders can be collected on Mondays between 9AM - 5PM.

After you input your details, you will be prompted to choose a shipping option where you can choose Local Pickup.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are an estimate from the date orders are fulfilled.

Standard domestic: 7-10 days

International Express: 7-10 days

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on all full-priced items for refund or exchange.

Sale items are final and we do not accept returns for refund or exchange.

Customers must initiate returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be mailed back within 10 days of the return authorisation. Items must be unused and undamaged with the original packaging intact.

We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns.

Please reach out to hola@bienne.store for return authorisation and provide a brief reason with photos for your return.

BIENNE holds the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
